ALGORITHMS!
More averages!
The photos (of hosts & guests) at Earwolf’s Comedy Bang Bang Podcast always struck me as being very… brownish. So I went empirical and stole all near 1000 photos off their website and averaged them. The result seemed satisfyingly brown. But so are watercolor sets after… averaging. To get decent comparison I stole all of the watercolor-like/evenly distributed header images of Nerdist Podcast, and averaged them, sans the very yellow “laser logo” default headers, that totally messed up my already weak conclusion: CBB’s photos are browner than Nerdist’s, especially the second, smaller sample, CBB’s brown period, one might say. Plus, I like that you can see the default head position in the two CBB images.
Hope I won’t hear from Earwolf’s Yo, Is This Racist podcast…
